• DOING DEEP MASSAGE WORK ON SWOLLEN AREAS

• POKING AT THE SKIN AND USING "SPIRIT FINGERS" TO PRETEND TO BE "MOVING FLUID"

• REMOVING JP DRAINS AND STITCHES

 TO BE A CERTIFIED LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST ONE MUST HAVE ATTENDED A LANA (LYMPHOLOGY ASSOCIATION OF

 NORTH AMERICA) APPROVED SCHOOL, SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED OVER 135+ HOURS OF LYMPHEDEMA

 MANAGEMENT  TRAINING AND SIT FOR A SEPARATE INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION EXAM.

 *BEFORE YOU BEGIN A LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE SESSION WITH YOUR PRACTITIONER, PLEASE ASK FOR

 THEIR CREDENTIALS.  A "MASSAGE DIPLOMA," "LYMPHATIC MASSAGE," "MAKEUP ARTIST," OR "ESTHETICIAN"

 CERTIFICATE DOES  NOT ACCOUNT FOR PROPER TRAINING. BE CAREFUL TO DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT THESE FRAUDS!

 Cancellation policy: There are NO refunds or exchanges for ANY of our treatments or packages. Client must cancel within

 48 hours of treatment BEFORE providing payment. If for any reason client cancels appointment after 48 hours

 (i.e. between 12-24 hours before treatment) regardless if prepaid or unpaid Client is responsible for paying FULL amount of

 service for the number of sessions promised and or pre-booked

Guidelines and Principles

All Therapists associated with The Wellness Sanctuary, Inc are certified, licensed, insured and thoroughly trained. They are also experienced passionate individuals whom are willing to provide their services for treatment of musculoskeletal issues to promote overall health and wellbeing. *All referred clients might be subject to SOAP Notes which will be available for your physician if needed. We ask all patients referred to us to bring a written order stating consent of treatment from physician, or an emailed letter would be fine.

WE BILL INSURANCE (out of network) and also take clients with Flexible Spending Accounts!
